Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely delighted with your Creating More Joy purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns and exchange process is designed to be simple and helpful.
Our Returns Policy
You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings or final sale products cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to us via our website, creatingmorejoys.com, to notify us of your intent to return and to receive your Return Authorization.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any tags and documentation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided in your authorization email. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Please initiate a return for the original item as described above.
- Once the return is received and approved, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website.
- For speed and to ensure the new item remains in stock, we recommend placing the new order as soon as you ship your return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or an item you did not order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund for you, including any shipping costs.
International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the UK are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. Please clearly mark the package as a “Return of Goods” on the customs form to avoid additional import charges.
